Tecate has bold, deep earth, and herbal flavors framed by an almost muscular sense of nutty maltiness. Yet despite Tecate's obvious power, the refined use of citrusy/bitter hops give the beer a terrific aromatic "lift" so the flavor never comes off heavy or harsh. Straightforward, seamless and satisfying. Tecate's great flavor and bold taste shoud be enjoyed as an experience of its own, it is recommend serving it chilled (36 degrees), and occasionally with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of salt.

This is a true West Coast IPA–it is pale in color, with bracing bitterness, high alcohol content and a fruity/floral/citrus hop aroma. It is made from a simple malt bill: North American base and pale caramel malt. We use copious amounts of Northwest hops all throughout the boil, with most of it going in within the last 15 minutes. After fermentation is complete, we dry hop it with approximately 1 boatload of each of the same hop varieties.

Horchata is a Mexican drink made with rice and is flavored with cinnamon and sweetened with sugar. The rice is ground and mixed with water to make a milky looking drink. It is served over ice as a cooling beverage in Mexico's hot climate.
The roots of this drink stem from Egypt where they originally used the chufa nut to make horchata.
During ancient times, the drink made its way to Spain, where it is called horchata de chufa. When the Spaniards brought the drink to Mexico, the natives replaced the chufa nut with rice (although you can find the alternate chufa version in Mexico as well).

One of the biggest controversies in the tequila world right now revolves around sweetening syrups, caramel color, glycerin and oak extracts intended to make a tequila seem smoother, older or tastier. All these Tequilas are certified 100% additive free.
Crafted with pure, crisp rainwater and natural spring water, G4 Tequilas have an aroma and taste that brings forward pure agave flavor made in harmony with the land.
The limited edition "Madera" or hardwood refers to the wooden fermentation tank used on these small batches instead of the industry standard metal vats.

This tequila is extracted 100% by Tahona, a prehispanic stone used in ancient times to crush the agave. Expect aromas of mint, citrus, and sweet agave fruit. Flavors compose mainly of sweet and herbal notes that are characteristic of lowland Tequila.

We NEVER introduce any artificial colors, flavors or additives to our tequila. When you taste our Ultra Premium Tequila, you're tasting nothing but the pure, true flavors of the tequila. In all, there are only three ingredients in our tequila: water, blue Weber agave, and natural yeast.

Aged for five years in three types of barrels, including scotch, brandy, and Sherry oak barrels, Tears of Llorona is then masterfully blended by Germán, delivering a layered tasting experience with a complexity of flavors. Germán then bottles at 43% specific gravity to balance the flavors. This slow, hand-crafted process results in a very high rate of osmotic loss, known as the "angels' tears"; another reason for the name, Tears of Llorona.

Within the area of the Denomination of Origin, Tequila el Gran Legado de Vida has its plantations in the Michoacán region, where the Blue Tequilana Weber agaves are cared for, due to the characteristics of its climate and its rich fertile soil.
Tequila el Gran Legado de Vida has been carefully prepared in its el Arenal and Regional factories, located in Jalisco, Mexico.

Our tequila is the result of a carefully controlled process where every detail matters. Manipulating the aroma, taste, body or color with additives defeats the purpose of tequila, which is to taste the agave and experience the craftsmanship that has gone into creating it.
We believe that being additive-free is a critical component of quality for premium tequila. That's why we're proud to be recognized as Confirmed Additive Free by Tequila Matchmaker

Siembra Valles Ancestral is a tequila that emphasizes traditional production methods, aiming to reconnect with the roots of tequila-making. It's known for using ancient techniques like roasting agave in earthen ovens and employing wooden mallets for crushing, rather than relying on modern machinery. This results in a tequila with a unique flavor profile, often described as having a connection to mezcal due to its smoky notes and earthy character.

Brilliant, luminous silvery hues; a powerful body. Enjoy the nuances of perfect distillation, leaving a trail of subtle aromas which build up to the final permanence of slowly-cooked agave. Straight or mixed, it will always be true to its nature.

Tequila Gran Dovejo is a small-batch, traditionally crafted, tequila made from 100% of the finest, estate grown blue agaves that are exclusively grown and produced in the highlands of Jalisco by the Feliciano Vivanco Family. The acidic, iron rich soil in this region known as the golden triangle of the highlands, is ideal for growing large agaves with high sugar content. At peak maturity the agave is harvested, the heart of the agave (pina) is hand selected, then slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens for a minimum of 36 hours at a temperature of 194 degrees Fahrenheit. Once roasted, they are milled in order to extract the sweet juices. The juices are isolated and then fermented with the use of "Prise de Mousse", champagne yeast, and wild yeast strands pulled from the estate agaves themselves.

El Tequileño at NOM 1108 in the town of Tequila is one of only a very small handful of distilleries that can say it's only produced one brand of Tequila over the 61 years they've been in production. Their water source is a natural volcanic spring coming from the Volcan de Tequila. And although the distillery has had some updates and polish over time, the family has been careful to keep the production methods exactly the same, as to not mess with their special recipe.

Siembra Valles is born of the "Lowlands" of Jalisco, where expert jimadores manage volcanic soil and rainy summers to produce commanding, earthy tequilas. Produced at the historic, family-owned Destilería Cascahuín, Siembra Valles tequilas are an experience in traditional productions and terroir in agave.

The family-run distillery of Cascahuin (NOM 1123) has traditions dating back to 1904 and is under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Don Salvador Rosales Torres. Along with his sons Salvador ("Chava"), and Benjamin, the Rosales family creates some of the finest tequila on earth. We are proud to partner with this family distillery where tradition, sustainability, and quality matter. And we are honored to help tell their story to a new breed of conscious consumers (NOM 1123).

Longtime friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman love Casamigos. On the rocks, by the shot, at times, straight from the bottle. Tequila-filled nights with friends is how Casamigos was born. Our idea was to make the best-tasting, smoothest Tequila and Mezcal that didn't have to be covered up with salt or lime.

Tavern owner Lazaro Gallardo began selling his own tequila, named Gran Centenario, in 1895. Lazaro's son Luciano decided to begin bottling the tequila in 1920. Inspired by the Art Deco style of architecture, he designed a bottle similar to the one we use today. The bottle is adorned with "The Angel of Independence", inspired by the Mexican Centenario gold bullion coin, minted to commemerate the 100th anniversary of Mexico's independence.

Chinacos were wealthy landowners during the 18th and 19th centuries who, out of necessity, became legendary fighters. The Chinaco warriors tirelessly defended Mexico during both the War of Reform and the French Intervention in the mid-1800s. Their leader was General Manuel González, and the history of Tequilera La Gonzaleña, producer of Chinaco Tequila, begins in 1856 when General González acquired land in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas.

One of the few tequilas produced in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, the brand can be traced back to 1770 when Hacienda Corralejo was established. Producing tequila as a commercial venture in 1775, Hacienda Corralejo introduced 100 percent blue agave Tequila Corralejo to the market, it says.
After taking ownership in 1994, Leonardo Rodriguez Moreno renewed the tequila production facility and commitment to continue the time-honored tradition of producing premium tequila at Hacienda Corralejo.

Sitting 6500 feet above sea level, the highlands of Jalisco is where it all began. It's in this extreme climate, surrounded by rich volcanic soil, where the legendary distillery of La Primavera was founded and Don Julio Tequila was born.
The Jaliscan Highland's warm days, cool nights, and rich clay soil create the perfect microclimate for the cultivation of blue agave. However, its high altitudes make it difficult and physically demanding to farm and harvest crops. Don Julio González knew this but stayed in the highlands, and endured the extreme conditions so he could create the world's finest tequila. His devotion to his craft truly knew no limits. The result? A tequila with exceptional substance and indisputable spirit.

Tequila Partida was founded in 2005 and was inspired by its namesake, Enrique Partida. Enrique was a 3rd generation agave farmer, considered a master in his community. His heritage and legacy lives on with every sip of our award-winning tequila.

IN 1922 IN ARANDAS, MEXICO, DON JOSE MARIA BAÑUELOS LOOKED OUT HIS WINDOW AT THE ROLLING HILLS OF BLUE AGAVE. WHAT HE SAW, AMIDST THE RED CLAY AND TALL BLUE AGAVE, WAS A DEER, STANDING BRAVELY IN THE CENTER OF THE FIELD. SOMETHING ABOUT THE PRIDEFUL, CONFIDENT BEAUTY OF THE STAG STRUCK A NERVE WITH DON JOSE — IT WAS THE PERFECT SYMBOL FOR HIS NEW RECIPE FOR A SMOOTH YET BOLD, HIGHLAND TEQUILA. NATURALLY, THAT TEQUILA WAS NAMED CAZADORES — OR, THE HUNTERS.

Deleon Tequila is made from the finest 100% Highland Blue Weber agave sourced from the rich earth of the Los Altos region of Jalisco. Deleon Tequila achieves this astonishing depth of flavor in just two distillations – allowing the tequila to retain the unique character acquired during the fermentation process.
With relentless attention to detail our master distiller artfully cuts the beginning and end of the distillation, allowing only the absolute best portion, or Corazon, to find its way into every bottle, creating a subtle taste profile with unrivaled in finish. For most of the aged expressions, an unconventional process blends the art of tequila with the mastery of French winemaking through a unique combination of bold American oak barrels and fine French wine casks to impart a distinctive, balanced character.

Brilliant, luminous silvery hues; a powerful body. Enjoy the nuances of perfect distillation, leaving a trail of subtle aromas which build up to the final permanence of slowly-cooked agave. Straight or mixed, it will always be true to its nature.

The juice from the crushed piñas is mixed with pure spring water creating “Mosto”. To get the most of our Mosto, it goes directly into a fermentation tank where a proprietary yeast is added. Then we’re back to going slow – letting the yeast do its work for a few days and getting our fermentation on. Hello alcohol. From there, the liquid is ready to be double-distilled by passing through a stainless and then copper still for finishing. Our distillation is a 17-hour process and the industry standard is 3.5 hours. Hello Tequila.

Our roots within our heritage run deep. That’s why our tequila is still produced at the same distillery where Don Cenobio began everything back in 1873— La Perseverancia. Our agave is hand selected only when perfectly ripe. We fresh-press our agave, extracting the juice before it is cooked, resulting in reduced bitterness and a crisp, agave-forward flavor.

Mezcal Carreño started in 1904 with Don Apolonio Carreño. He had mezcal made from the wild agaves that grew naturally on his property, land that ironically was used to grow sugar cane and sold to the family of the largest rum producers. As a cherished spirit meant to be enjoyed on special occasions, Apolonio only sipped on his homemade mezcal with his family and friends on three times a year: his birthday, the start of the planting season and the end of the harvest.

Del Maguey (pronounced ma–gay), Single Village Mezcal was founded in 1995 by internationally renowned artist and mezcal visionary, Ron Cooper. Ron introduced the world to previously unavailable artisanal mezcal produced the original handcrafted way. Through deep cultural relationships with Zapotec Mexican Indian producers in the remote villages of Oaxaca and Puebla, Mexico, Del Maguey harnesses ancient, original organic processes.

Around 2004, Ilegal's founder John Rexer began bringing mezcal down from Oaxaca to Antigua to supply his bar, Café No Sé. The mezcal became popular very quickly. At the time, he was bringing down unbranded mezcal from a variety of villages in Oaxaca. On the back of each bottle of Ilegal you will find it says "Originally produced for: Café No Sé, Mezcal Bar."

Traditionally, mezcals from different villages have their own distinctive flavors and aromas, which reflect the differences between distilleries, the soil, the local water sources, the wood used, and of course, the nuances created by the hand of the Maestro Mezcalero. Mezcal Nuestra Soledad is a single village Mezcal that showcases the differences between the villages. Mezcal Nuestra Soledad (a name which pays homage to Our Lady the Virgin of Solitude, the patron saint of the city of Oaxaca) is born from an ancient tradition and hand-crafted to conserve and retain the centuries-old methods of cultivating and producing this Elixir of the Gods.

They use agave from the steep precarious hillsides of Oaxaca and Guerrero that are indigenous to the region. These varietals produce flavors that are exotically intense, with rich earth tones and savory smokiness. From the heart of the maguey these flavors are traditionally extracted to produce mezcal that is wildly refined.

Don Amado is made from earthen-roasted maguey hearts which are, after crushing, fermented together with their piña fibers for a rich maguey character. The mash is then double-distilled in small traditional ceramic clay pots. Aged varieties are matured in American oak casks previously used for barreling Pedro Domecq brandy.

Each of our unique mezcals is naturally made in a traditional palenque with no additives. Grulani has been cultivating, harvesting and reforesting its own agaves naturally for almost a century, working to protect and conserve the endemic species of the region.
