Montaraz is made from the regions indigenous agave plant known as Angustifolia Haw, or Agave Pacifica.

The unique species of agave, coupled with the Sonora's region's unique sold and climate conditions is what makes Bacanora's bold flavor. It is rich, smoky, yet unbelievably smooth.
