Astral Tequila

Introduced by Richard Betts, Astral is grown and produced on an organic farm in Jalisco. After the agave hearts, or pinas, are crushed, the plant's liquids and solids are fermented together, using only naturally occurring yeasts. The result is a chewy, full bodied silver tequila with a fruity finish and dry, almost tannic aftertaste.
